Complying Development Certificate
Complying Development is a combined planning and construction approval for straightforward development that can be determined through fast-track assessment by ensuring that the standards of the State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 are met. In most cases, a Complying Development Certificate application can be issued within 10 days.
Construction Certificate
Before you start any building or construction work, you’ll need to apply for a Construction Certificate (CC) following the approval of your Development Consent from your Local Authority (Council). The issue of a Construction Certificate confirms that the construction plans, and development specifications are consistent with the development consent, and comply with the Building Code of Australia/ National Construction Code and the Australian Standards.
Principal Certifying Authority / Occupation Certificate
Our role as Principal Certifying Authority (PCA) is to carry out the required mandatory critical stage inspections during the course of construction verifying that all Building Code standards are being met.
